Gift certificates for the Frenzy Sale package are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase; however, they can only be purchased between 11th November and 14th November 2024. Please note the following terms:

1. Redemption & Expiry
   • Certificates must be redeemed by the expiry date (3 years from the purchase date).
   • Expired certificates hold no value.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
   • Certificates will be void if notice of cancellation is not provided at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or if the certificate holder fails to arrive at the scheduled time.
   • A 100% charge will apply for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment time, and late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment.
3. Restrictions
   • Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
   • Certificates may be used any day of the week unless otherwise stipulated.
   • Certificates are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion unless specified.
4. Promotional Exclusivity
   • The $99 Frenzy Sale is a limited-time offer, exclusive to online purchases made between 11th and 14th November 2024.
   • Product discounts apply only to the promotional package and are subject to availability.
5. Health Considerations
   • Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may impact your choice of treatment when making a reservation.
6. Arrival
   • We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete a spa consultation form or health questionnaire. Late arrivals will shorten the treatment duration.
